Our Story
In 2019, Irina and Derek Jodzio completed their first major renovation project — a full remodel and restoration of a Spanish-style home in San Diego.
The project came with challenges, long hours, and a steep learning curve, but it also sparked a passion for real estate development and investment that would eventually become KTK Asset Management.
What began as one home evolved into a growing vision centered around residential development, rental properties, and creating housing opportunities across multiple markets.
Today, KTK continues to focus on thoughtful real estate projects while maintaining the family values that inspired the journey from the beginning.
